• I am aware that there are hazards that may exist in connection with my participation in a Jeep Experience Cape Town tour and I voluntarily participate in these activities having knowledge of such hazards.
• I hereby assume the risk for any injury, injuries or death that I may sustain in connection with my participation in the Jeep Experience Cape Town tour and I hereby fully release and forever discharge Jeep Experience Cape Town and their personnel from all claims, damages, actions, suits or judgments that may result from any type of injury I may sustain while participating in the Jeep Experience Cape Town Tour.
• I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Jeep Experience Cape Town and their personnel from any injury or death so sustained by any person or property. I also assign Jeep Experience the exclusive commercial use of all photographs and photographic reproductions and motion pictures taken of me during the Jeep Experience Tour.
• I agree to heed and obey all safety instructions provided by my Jeep Experience tour guide and undertake to adhere to the following participant rules:-
  • Seat belts are to be worn at all times.
  • Bodily extremities are to always remain in the vehicle.
  • No alcohol and smoking allowed in the vehicle and at Atlantis Sand Dunes.
  • Children under the age of 8 years are prohibited from participating in the Dune Tours.
  • Late arrivals forfeit lost time.
• Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The deposit should reflect within our bank account two weeks prior to the scheduled Jeep Experience tour date. The remaining 50% shall be paid on the day of your Jeep Experience tour.
• The Atlantis Dune Safari requires a 50% deposit for group bookings. A minimum of two (2) passengers are required per booking.
• Jeep Experience Cape Town will provide a full refund of the deposit should the tour be cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that prohibit the Jeep Experience Cape Town tour from proceeding with a tour.
• I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents and I am aware that this is a release of liability and contract between myself and the Jeep Experience Cape Town and I sign this agreement of my own free will.
